Failed to open VDDK disk - is read-only mode - [true]
Hello,
We are currently testing veeam 5.0 and we have run in to some problems.
We have an esx-cluster and a shared storage (equallogic)
I have 3 vm's that we are trying to backup (3 different jobs)
2 of the jobs fail with the error below,
the other job finish without any problems.
They are all on the same storage and the same cluster.
Does anyone have an idea on where to look first?
Regards
Tobias

Looks like something is wrong with permissions set-up. Please double-check it and refer to User Guide, page 29 to refresh memory on which permissions are needed. If the problem remains, please contact our support directly for this technical issue. Thanks!

Hi, the information is correct, you are just applying it to the wrong document did you notice that this post is over 1 year old? And obviously User Guide gets updated with each major product release. Thanks.

Looks like the same table is on the page 54 of the current version of the User Guide.

It's same problem with veeam 6.0.
