Failed to rename file

Hello,

My Veeam B&R server is itself a VM. The VMware host suffered a hardware failure at 12:30AM 26/02/2019 while backup jobs were running. After fixing the issue I attempted to re-run a backup job and received some errors.

When attempting to start the backup job "Server Group 1", the following error was received:

Failed to rename file /path/Server Group 1/Server Group 12019-02-25T180015.vbk to Server Group 12019-02-28T081825.vbk
Call execution timeout (100000 ms)

A second attempt to run the backup job resulted in the following error:

Storage file '/path/Server Group 1/Server Group 12019-02-25T180015.vbk' is missing from host '10.1.1.36'. If you are using initial replica seeding, please follow the instruction from the readme.txt file in the chosen seeding location. If you changed replica destination in the replication job settings, please make sure you have moved all replica files to the new destination correctly.

I've seen some comments about manually renaming files, but I thought I'd seek your wisdom first.

What is the best way to resolve this issue?

Apologies. Looks like I put this in exactly the wrong place. I'll open a support case for the issue.
