VMware recently released vCenter Support Assistant. It's a plugin for vCenter that allows you to raise tickets and upload esx logs directly from vCenter. Have tried it and it works perfectly
Is it possible that Veeam makes it that we raise tickets from the Veeam interface itself :p

Hi, at this time we have no plans to add such feature. Moreover, in many cases Veeam server simply does not have internet access (best practice for securing your backups). So instead, we provide the ability to easily collect debug logs from all product components into the single support package. Thanks!
