Ability to restore files to a zip file

i.e at the moment i'm restored a huge folder of last nights full backup to a folder used for FTP,

this folder contains lots of small files, so i'll put the folder into a ZIP file so when the client FTP the data to his site, it will be as one ZIP file

Would be nice if veeam can restore the files to a zip file automatically.

I think if you select multiple files from an indexed backup in enterprise manager they are delivered as a zip , but given the size of the restore you were after, it probably would be a bit slow for what you want.

Correct, even a single file is saved on disk in a ZIP archive upon restoration through Enterprise Manager 1-Click restore.

could i still request it in the veeam console as well?

we do not usually put the enterprise manager in for customers as we usually act as the IT support for them, third party, so we try to keep out deployment work simple,
