Feature Request - assign creds to VM outside of job defn

While we are on the kick of feature requests

When configuring multiple jobs containing the same VM we need to define those credentials on the VM on a per job basis. While the default Application Aware creds act as a catch all for the majority of my VMs there are always those stragglers which are one different domains or use local accounts which I have to go manually set.

My thoughts around this are it would be nice to have a spot wothin VBR in which we could assign credentials to the VMs outside of the job - and have the option within the job default to using those previously defined credentials.
