When creating replication jobs it would be handy if in the 'Virtual machines to replicate' there was an option choose a backup job to pull the list of VM's to replicate from.
Our workflow currently is backup to primary storage repository which on completion immediately triggers a replication job from the backup repository source with an identical VM list. Having an option like this would remove the need to remember to add the VM to both the backup and replication job. Just one less place for staff to make a mistake.

Re: Feature Request - Chained replication jobs, use VM list from backup job
Hello,
thanks for the feature request.
What do you think about the alternative using VMware tags for backup jobs and the replication job? That way, you never need to edit the backup or the replication job. Just add a tag to the VM that should be backed up & replicated and your are done.
Best regards,
Hannes
