This has been a source of confusion on multiple occasions for our staff. We manage multiple veeam deployments across many clients (as an MSP) and inability to change "This server" name to something more useful like a DNS name or even IP address is a bit annoying.If i remember correctly, when Veeam is being moved from one server to another, this designation of "this server" moves and is no longer correct.
In any case - we name all proxies, repositories, etc in a specific, standardized way and inability to change "this server" causes deviation from our deployment SOPs.
If i'm missing on how this can be changed in the current version - please point out.
