FEATURE REQUEST End user recovery

We would really like to be able to provide an end user recovory web interface for our employees. The traditional way for end user by creating a ticket for single file recovery is very inconvenient. For end user it often takes too long and for helpdesk it is an unnecessary task. The existing web interface for recovery needs local admin rights. That does not help. Perfect solution would be a NTFS-based access. So end user can only restore files or folders he have NTFS-permission. Futhermore there should be a configurable daily limit of restores per user.
This feature would reduce our ticket load a lot (we have about 2000 employees).

just enable shadow copy, that will accomplish everything youre looking to do here.
