We have a scenario where a client accidentally used the instant recovery option from a NAS System backup via the self-service portal and performed the migration to production process, overwriting the data.
I filed a support request, but it is only possible to disable all restore options in the self-service portal.
• Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Backup Reporting
• Name: SelfServiceRestorePortal
• Type: REG_DWORD
• Default value: 1 (enabled)
Please, is it possible to include this feature request in the next version to completely disable the instant recovery tab or only for a user who has a specific role assigned?
Thanks.

Re: Feature Request Enterpise Manager - Disable Instant Recovery
Hi Cláudio,
Our upcoming major version of Veeam Backup & Replication will introduce enhanced RBAC capabilities.
These features will be available for the remote console, but not for the Enterprise Manager.
When RBAC for NAS backups (File Backup Job) is released, you'll be able to specify exactly which user accounts can run which types of restore operations, and to which locations. Would this address your request?
Best,
Fabian
