Recently we had an issue with backing up one of our database servers where the snapshot filled up the remaining space available on a datastore. I know that there are a couple of checkboxes that are in the settings https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... tml?ver=95. From what I have been told the second check box does not stop VM processing if it has already started, it will only prevent it from starting.
What I would like to see is if Veeam can monitor the datastore(s), and say if at 5% remaining on any datastore, stop processing and remove snapshot. This way it can prevent a runaway snapshot like we had.

Re: Feature Request for low datastore space
Hello Andy,
Thank you for your request. Indeed, these settings control email notification. By the way, there is VMware Capacity Planning dashboard in Veeam ONE Business View Reporting that may help you to monitor your infrastructure.
