Feature Request for Scale Out Repositories

Hi Everyone,

I have a feature request to have an option to pick only certain type of backups to offload to capacity tier, at the moment you only get the option for number of days or percentage of the storage, i think it would be nice to also have the option to say only monthly and yearly backups get offloaded as soon as they are created.

I hope this makes sense.
