Hi,
if I haven't misread the documentation, four-eyes authorization is not applied to encryption key or encryption type change operations.
Could it make sense to add this functionality?
I hope it hasn't already been discussed in some other thread.

We introduced 4-eyes authorization in v1 mainly for delete operations (backups, configurations, components ...).
Future updates may include additional tasks as well. I'll note your request for updating encryption settings.
