FEATURE REQUEST: Individual VM Protect From Deletion

I would like to be able to check a box on an included VM (or better yet, go to to "Disk" and search for a VM and then from the right-click context menu choose "Protect Backup" which would exclude it from being deleted after its "Delete after X days" settings which governs the entire job. We have several VMs which are part of huge jobs (50+ vms) and the eventually get deleted from disk, but I would like to preserve the backups of those particular vms without preserving all the VMs deleted.
