Feature Request - Maintenance tasks as separate job/schedule

As we have a number of jobs chained after one another, any defrag/compact operation scheduled will hold up the following jobs and delay the backup window. Having these as separate jobs that link to the backup job, similar to how its done with copy jobs, would then allow those jobs to have time periods set for when best to run. The benefit would be the ability to run the compact/defrag operation during the backup repo quite times (during day, if backups occur over night, for example).
