Feature Request: Retain formatting in Customer Portal
The customer support portal is a very useful feature, but in the Case Details view seems to remove all newlines, paragraph spacing, whitespace and other formatting from the message text, which makes it extremely hard to read. Quoted emails all run together into a single, huge block of text and URLs are not clickable. It would be helpful if the software could automatically remove quoted text that is already in the ticket history and retain at least basic formatting to keep the content readable.
