Hello
We want to add a backup repository with different external disk. The disk's get different drive letters - that's given be microsoft windows.
I checked the option "This repository is backed by rotated hard drives", but it only works with one drive. After changing the usb-drive to another, the target isn't reachable anymore.
I already had contact with your technical support. I was told to add a feature request.
Can you follow this?
regards
Sven

Re: Feature Request - rotating external Disk's as target
Hi and welcome to the community!
Have you tried assigning the same letter to different drives via Disk Management?
Thank you.

Actually, you just need to make sure the letter is the same after the very first switch. Once all the disks become known to Veeam B&R, they will be automatically recognized during subsequent runs even in case the drive letter changes.
