Feature request: run pre-freeze and post-thaw scripts only on specific days

I would like to request the ability to run pre-freeze and post-thaw scripts only on specific days. This feature exists already for scripts running before and after a backupjob

Could you please explain why not just embed the "day verification" in the scripts? Any detailed explanation fo the use-case is highly appreciated.

Yes you can embed the "day verification". However it would be nice to have it the same way as you handle the days that scripts run before and after the backupjobs.
Our usecase for this is that a customer of our do have their inhouse developed application, and they wish to shut the application down before the snapshot is taken and then start it after the snapshot is taken. And they want to do this only on Saturdays but the backup should run every day.

It would also be nice to have a specific timeinterval to choose also. Since the script we are running is shutting down the application. If the backup somehow is delayed or is retried during daytime you would not want the application to shut down.
