Feature request : SOBR affinity list override

Hi,

A scaleout backup repository will put the Data locality rules before the affinity rules.
(https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=110, Extent selection rules have a higher priority than proxy affinity rules.)

This will result in proxies sending data to the datamover/Gateway server over the network, instead of using the same server for both roles.

I would like an option to override the Data Locality, for new full's and Active Full's on the SOBR level
