Have a combo job that backups and replicates at the same time. Not one then the other. Where this would be extremely useful is DR over a WAN. I would use Veeam to pull the VM changes to the DR site for the backup and then update the DR replica with the changes, pulling the data over the WAN just once. Now I need to pull the change blocks over the WAN twice, once for backup and once for replication.
