It would be nice if you could specify the starting time of a job. It seems like every job is an offset of 12:00; what I mean by this is if a job runs every 3 hours, runs at 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, ect.
It would be nice if I could say "this job starts at 2:00 and runs every 3 hours", meaning 2:00, 5:00, 7:00, ect. This should reduce resource contention when multiple jobs happen to run at the same time.
