Hello is it possible to list the SOBR Offload jobs in the Enterprise Manager?

Hello,

the offload process is not a classic job like a backup job. It is part of the SOBR configuration which is not available in EM. So you cannot see it in Enterprise Manager, just like other system maintenance jobs that you can monitor in B&R console.

The idea behind storage tiering is that is fully automated, transparent and "just works" - so there's no need to actively monitor one, like backup jobs for example.

I understand but if it's failing you won't really see it, so it would have been nice to see it as an option in Enterprise manager.
