I have collected some feature requests and improvements in the last time, and thought it would be best to post them here:

1. "Notify when waiting for tape" option is only available in custom notifications in the job settings; would be great if this option was available in in general options and default
2. Disable Copy Job automatically after X failed retries; failing copy jobs fill up the log with retries
3. Include Veeam Configuration Backup in Tape Backups
4. Agent for Windows: Volume Level backup configuration via VBR should show existing volumes including Boot or System Reserved; currently you need to manually type in volume names
5. Make credentials and application aware settings independent of job settings; when you have VMs in multiple jobs or move them around reconfiguring these settings can take much time
6. Remove Cleaning Tapes from unrecognized media pool
7. Add additional filter/search capabilities like VM/Job, VM in Logs, VM/Repository
8. Add option to unretire tapes
9. Start tape import automatically if requested tapes are not online; useful if exported media was inserted

+1 Include Veeam Configuration Backup in Tape Backups

I hadn't even thought about this! For those of us using tape as our secondary off-site backup this is pretty important for disaster recovery.
