Few incremental missing

Hi.
I was wondering, my Veeam Backup & Replication is configured to do 1 full backup initially, then 7 incrementals (1 for each day of the week), and then, 7 days after the first full backup, do a synthetic backup af all of this. What happens if some incrementals are missing (computer shutting down while on holidays or stuff like this) ?

Hello,

The synthetic full will be created from existing valid restore points on the day it's scheduled to run. The obsolete backup chain will be removed once the actual one reaches the number of restore points specified in retention policy setting, more information here.
