file copy overwrites current files, can it just append files

i'm using Veeam9.5 on windows 2012R2 , i'm using file copy to copy some files to another drive and keep for 30days
is there an option to append files instead of overwrite
and if i can let veeam to auto remove files older than 30days

No, file copy always overwrites existing files and copies new ones. There's no retention for this type of jobs.
