File Copy User Name Password Incorrect

Morning, all. Trying to setup a schedule File Copy job to copy our config backup from its usual location to another location for extra redundancy. Setup the job and try to run it, "The user name or password is incorrect." What credentials do File Copy jobs use please? If it's the Veeam service, that account does indeed have access rights to the source (Veeam's config backup folder, so we'll consider that safely confirmed I hope) as well as destination (CIFS share which is one of our repositories, so I'd like to consider that confirmed to have access rights as well please).

Account used by Veeam Installer and Veeam Data Mover services running on the server you select from the list at the Destination step should have access to the shared folder.

Hmm. They were local service; set them to our Veeam service account and restarted services. Same thing, user name or password is incorrect.

I suggest asking support to take a look at the log files then. They should contain more details about the error.

Good point. Looked through the log file, saw it was trying to use the Veeam Backup Service. Set it to our service account as well, but tape backups are firing up so it'll be a day or two before I can bounce that service and try again. I'll report back when complete.

Being able to choose credentials like other job types sure would be handy, as a feature request, though.
