File Restore - Mounting restore points

Hi,

I am trying to access the files on one of my backups.
But unfortunately it doesn't move further "Mounting restore points" and I also don't see any Network activity..
My backup is placed on a Synology NAS.

After awhile I got the following message:
14.04.2019 17:03:16 Warning Closing file level recovery session due to reaching inactivity timeout

Any suggestions?
