Filesystem SNapshot to Backup

I have one question regarding Veeam Backup:
We have an VNX5200. If we create a Filesystem Snapshot. Is Veeam able to use this snapshot for the backup?
What Version of Veeam do I need?

Be careful guys, Severin is talking about Filesystem snapshots as VNX is a unified array and also offers fileshares. Severin, sorry but the integration coming in v9 will support block and NFS volume hosting vmware virtual machines, not file shares.
you can use files to tape to protect fileshares, but it doesn't use any storage snapshot.
