[FR] FLR Appliance IP's

I nice feature to have is the ability to specify multiple IP's/pool for the FLR Appliances to pull from to avoid setting up DHCP services for this.

The problem with assigning a single static IP is when multiple restores + /w Enterprise Manager is used, this gives an error because the single IP is in use.
