FLR Restore Error

Post by zeki »

hello
i have two linux vm's:

when i start FLR on the first vm (centos 4.7, 32bit) i see all files and can restore
when i start FLR on the second vm (centos 5.5, 32bit) i see "Please wait while file-leve restore engine is starting..." then a Messages box: Error stream: Killed"

After i klick OK i see the file level restore windows with sda1, sda2 (not more) when i click to one of this i get "Channel has been closed"

the vm have this disks:

[root@saturn ~]# df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda2 8022104 5181388 2426644 69% /
/dev/sdc1 101572540 36868492 59461240 39% /var
/dev/sdd1 203145236 89344104 103315512 47% /home
/dev/sdb1 988088 339900 597184 37% /tmp
/dev/sda1 101086 18069 77798 19% /boot

Hello Zek, no partition size does not matter. This is the first time I see something like this reported since version 3.0 when Linux FLR was introduced. Please open a support case as this will require reviewing full logs.
