Hello
we got a new vm running RedHat 8, but flr appliance won't boot, i can see this message :
"mounting device [/dev/dm-4] as xfs failed. trying to mount with nouuid"
after that flr stop session.
i'm running vb&r u4 9.5.4.2615
what is the compatiblity with rhel 8 ? maybe i have to update to 2753 ?
thanks

Re: flr session with RHEL8
Hi,
I'd bet that the appliance actually booted (I think you can check that if you open the appliance VM's virtual console in VMware), however it failed to mount the disk with the guest filesystem from the backup. FLR for XFS is certainly supported, so I'd suggest to contact our support team directly (please don't forget to post your case ID). Also I am curious what /dev/dm-4 device represents on the original system?
Thanks!

Re: flr session with RHEL8
thank you for you reply
dm-4 is a lvm logical volume (rhel-opt)
xfs is supported, we got no issue with centos 7.
here is the message https://framapic.org/GhuSMIUWAPLa/rtjiVHic3eSH.png
i will open a case.
