Hi, this is correct (also see this blog post)
In v9, BitLooker supports NTFS-formatted volumes only. Most of BitLooker is available right in the Veeam Backup & Replication Standard edition. However, excluding user-specified files and folders requires at least Enterprise edition.

The description in the comparison document is correct and that will work in any edition. The extra part for folder exclusion is just enterprise or higher only.

Then your sale's should correct the documents to partially supported as for Native tape Support. It will work but you have to check if it's work how you will use it.
