FormatStorage failed

Hi,

I am using VEEAM 4.1.2

I am running ESXi 4.1 and ESXi 3.5 trying to replicate from 3.5 to 4.1
3.5 is local SATA disk and 4.1 is iSCSI.

I get the following error:

Formatting vbk storage
FormatStorage failed
Client error: NFC storage connection is unavailable. Storage: [stg:datastore-65,nfchost:host-121,conn:rexgbasmap005]. Storage display name: [TESTVOLUME1 iscsi].
Failed to open NFC storage [nfc://conn:rexgbasmap005,nfchost:host-121,stg:datastore-65@VeeamBackup/REXGBAEMAT003(vm-111)/replica.vbk] for read/write access

Storage is available from 4.1 servers, Veeam can see it and has even begun to use it by creating the VEEAM Backup folder.
