GCP event after upgrading 11a

I encountered the following event after upgrading from 9.5a to 11a. However, I don't use GCP plug-in. How can I prevent this event from occurring?

Apparently, this event only occurs when I perform a configuration backup, and it is recorded in the Windows Application Event Log.

According to the following thread, disabling the Veeam GCP Service prevents this event. Is this workaround appropriate?
