Just a general question. If I am unsatisfied with the level of technical support I am receiving; is there process beyond asking the technician I am working with to send me to someone else?

Hello Bill,
Yes, you can either ask to escalate your support case to another engineer ( your current engineer can do that) or discuss the situation with our support management team. For that you need to use "Talk to a manager" button which can be found on the right pane of our customer support portal.
