get backup from raw disks

Dear all
Hi

i have a vms with raw disk can i get backup from that with veeam ?

As explained in our user guide:
- RDM virtual disks in physical mode, independent disks, and disks connected via in-guest iSCSI initiator are not supported, and are skipped from processing automatically. Network shares and mount points targeted to 3rd party storage devices are also skipped as these volumes/disks are not visible in the VM configuration file.

However you can use the Veeam Agent for Windows to backup the data compared to Veeam Backup & Replication.

excuseme i could not understand now veeam backup & replication can get backup from vm with raw disk in virtual and physical mode ?

Only virtual mode is supported for Veeam Backup & Replication.

Those disks can't be backed up via Veeam Backup & Replication as VMware can't snapshot those. Best would be to use the Veeam Agent for Windows to back it up.
