Hi,
as far as i know, if the Veeam Backup Server is deployed to a Workgroup and we want to use gMSA, the Guest Interaction Proxy needs to be a member of the production domain.
If we deploy the Persistent Guest Agent on all VMs (manually or via a 3rd party tool), do we still need the Guest Interaction Proxy to be member of the production domain in order to use gMSA?
Best regards
Chris

Re: gMSA/Persistent Guest Agent and Guest Interaction Proxy
Hello,
yes, because the authentication itself is still the same with or without persistent guest agent. It's just different ports that are used.
Best regards,
Hannes
