Guest indexing and non-windows VM's

Does anyone know of a way to turn off the warning that guest indexing has failed? I have a very mixed environment, with only ~30% of the servers being Windows. All the jobs end with a warning because at least one VM wasn't indexed since it isn't Windows and doesn't have an admin share.

This warning should not be logged for non-Windows systems to start with. I will file a bug.
