Guest with Windows 2012R2 deduplication feature enable

We have enable volume deduplication feature of Windows 2012R2 inside a VM (this VM is a file server, near 1TB).
We try to backup it over the WAN with Veeam V8 patch1.
We make the seeding and start backup successfully (forever incremental)
the saturday, we saw that we have to backup near 80 GB (less than 5 GB daily).
It seems that Deduplication scrubing job of windows 2012R2 (by default it's schedule every saturday at 3:45 AM) modify a lot of block.

Do user other user have the same behaviour. Is there any veeam prerequisite for backing up VM with dedup enable on a volume ?

This is in the requirements:

If you plan to back up VMs running Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 and Data Deduplication is enabled for some VM volumes, it is recommended to deploy Veeam Backup & Replication on a machine running Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 with Data Deduplication feature enabled. Otherwise, some types of restore operations for these VMs (such as Microsoft Windows File Level Recovery) may fail.

Yes, this behavior is expected when you enable this feature in the Windows Server 2012 R2.
