Hi,
We confirmed EOS.
https://www.veeam.com/releasestatus_rn.pdf
9.5 EOS is February 2020.
10.0 EOS is February 2021.
If I remember correctly, before 11 released:
9.5 EOS is January 2022.
10.0 EOS is February 2023.
Is this a documentation error? Or has the policy changed?
Kind Regards,
Yukinobu Asami

Re: Has EOS changed?
Hello!
Yes, I already spotted this earlier today myself too, and the corrected policy document is now staged to be updated on the web-site tomorrow. You can disregard the current one for now, as it was a misunderstanding... too many ideas and drafts are flying around.
The full context here is that we're currently in the planning stage of some major [positive] changes around our support cycles. This is not final yet but we're deviating towards:
1. Extending what is now called "End of Fix" period for longer. Currently, as you know it ends with next major version GA. But most customers don't like to jump new major releases right away, and want more time of proper support with the previous version for some time after the new release is out.
2. Introducing designated "LTS" releases and have them supported MUCH longer for Premier Support customers. Currently, there's no such concept at all.
Please note that it may take some months before you will actually see these changes live, because there are many internal and external parties that need to agree on all the details and new support period lengths, extra budget will need to be approved etc... but in general, and just as an FYI, this is where we're heading too.
As always, I will announce these changes in the weekly forum digest, as soon as they are finalized.
Thanks!
