I'm currently backing up all my VM's using Veeam to a data domain storage appliance. My data domain is near capacity and I'm wanting to archive older backups off and store them offsite for historical purposes. I was wondering if I could connect a Drobo or some other type device with about 25 TB and then I could perform a backup (of the backup) to this device.... once backed up , I could have VEEAM overwrite the data domain data.
Anyone with suggestions or if this would work?

Re: HELP - backup ?
Hello David,
Sorry for the delay. You can register new storage as Veeam repository and then perfrom a backup copy from exising reportositry to new one. Thanks!
