HELP sizing storage repository

Hello,
a customer needs to setup cloud backup using Veeam Cloud Connect.
Total source capacity is about 12TB of heterogeneous data (33 VMs, most of them are users files, db, sap)

Needs are daily incremental, 1 monthly full/VM, 6 months retention (totally 6 full backup/VM).

I don't understand how to use the capacity calculator https://calculator.veeam.com/vbr/
Can someone please help me understand how to fill data into the tool ?

Sorry, total source capacity is about 90TB.

Hello,
is the service provider (I guess you?) using XFS / REFS or will the full backup take up all space? How many daily incrementals do they need? That are the main questions.

As you ask for help, I assume that you don't have the answers on change rate, growth and reduction. That's normal for most customers. Going with the default values is the only option if more precise values are unavailable.
