Help with Veeam Backup

Good afternoon guys, I'm from Brazil, I'll try to explain my question in English:

I have 1 host with VMware, with 1 VM installed and running...and today I backup this VM with Veeam Community, incremental backups.

I have a second host, with the same VM as host 1 created, but turned off.

My question is: in case host 1 stops, can I restore the incremental backup on host2, quickly? or just restoring the entire VM?
