Re: how can create seprate backup file instead of single fil
Depends on how you configure it.
You can add an ESXi host or a vcenter and create Veeam Backup jobs for individual VMs.
Or if you want to add an ESXi host to a job as VM scope, you can enable "per VM chain" at the repository (Enterprise Edition or higher).

Hi, as Andreas mentioned, you can enable the per-VM option on the target backup repository. Note that the new format will be applied starting from new chain, i.e. you can either wait for a scheduled active full backup or perform it manually.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Per VM-Chains do nothing else then the traditional per Job chain, but create more chains in parallel (more writes).
Try to limit the task count or limit the throughput to your target storage.
What do you use as a target storage? Which errors?
