How can get configuration backup on emc datadomain

Dear all
Hi

Is that possible get configuration backup on EMC Datadomain ?
Since i have added DD as cifs repository and while select this repository for configuration backup and select Backup now it don't show any error but while explore in cifs path there is not any backup file
what is the problem?
