A replica isn't powered on during the process so u can't do this. May I ask what you are trying to achieve?

Enable a startup script with a pre-script before backup. Then disable the startup script in a post script. Be careful however. If something goes wrong between pre and post and you reboot your machine, your startup script will of course run

yes but if you run a pre-script before the backup, and enable a startup script in the pre script, it will be enabled for the replicated vm. And so when your replica finally boots, your startup script will run
