i backed up local storage for vm backup.
and i will back up aws s3 for backup copy.
how do i calculate concurrent task for s3?
and how do i monitor vbr concurrent task?

I think you mean that you want to write the backup copy job to AWS S3 and not backup AWS S3 iteself?
If this is the case then following task slot usage is an option.
The local repository will get a specific amount of task slots for backup. See best practices here:

Whenever some of these task slots become available (no backup running) they will be used for offloading data to S3.
You can limit this task slot usage to a specific amount of task slots in the Repository configuration. I would not go higher there as 30 task slots in large environments with 10GbE internet connections. In smaller environment not more than 10 task slots.
Task Slot usage can be found at the
RTS.ResourcesUsage.log in the Veeam Log folder c:/programdata/Veeam/...
or in Veeam ONE
