Greetings.
I got a backup job running on the veeam cloud, it works well but the "hold 7 restore points" setting is being ignored. I got 59 restore points.
In "Veeam -> Home -> Backups -> Cloud" i do have a list with the restore points but wont let me delete any of them.
How do I delete the older restore points? he didnt delete any since April, I do have only 170 KB free space.
Best regards!
PS: Neither could I get in the cloud. I do have the login-credentials tho.

Re: How do I delete single restore points?
Hi Onur,
Any chance to point the job to another repository which has enough free space?
At first, we should understand why the obsolete restore points are not removed according to retention policy settings.
Could you please check creation time of the last active full in the backup chain and what backup method do you use?
One more suggestion would be to raise a support request and to ask our support engineers to find the cause of the issue and to provide you with an appropriate work around.
Please don't forget to paste the support case ID for our reference.
Thanks!

Re: How do I delete single restore points?
Hello Petr,
it is a copy job. The main one is on a NAS.
The first and only full backup was made in february, it only did incrementals since then. a full backup is 3-4 TB, it would take days/weeks to upload it.
By the way, the keep restore points is set on 14.. my bad!
I probably will! thanks.
