How do I use Quick Migration?

Post by dvastc »

New user, first post. It seems like I am using this correctly but since it is failing I wonder if I am setting the proxy entry incorrectly. I am moving a small VM as a test - the same VM moves just fine using scp from a ssh session to the host. I am actually moving from a NFS share to iSCSI on the same fileserver so I just allowed proxies to be selected by the system. It seems to croak when writing to the target datastore but at the point of failure (VM suspended, snapshot happening) it has already successfully copied several files so permissions are not an issue. It's a new iSCSI share on a WIndows 2012 R2 server with plenty of space for this small linux VM (10GB). I actually don't think I really have any other options for the proxy fields but I can't see anything else I am doing wrong. Am I missing something?
