How do you replicate your VM Jobs?

Hi,

how you do you replicate your VM jobs between your two Backup Servers?
We got two Servers, on both Veeam in Version 4.1.1 is installed. Currently, we only use one Server for all Backups.
If this Servers crashes, all Jobs are gone.

So the question, how do you replicate your jobs between your two servers? If you add one Job to Server A, this should be replicated automaticly (not in realtime of course) to the other Server.

Got ideas?
