Hi, i'm kinda new on veeam and I've read the documentation and i still have some questions about big file management.
How does Veeam manage big files like E.g .pst files?, specifically when this kind of file change after a first full. Does Veeam copy the full file when an incremental backup is done? or just the changed blocks?

Hi and welcome to the forums!
Veeam leverages Changed Block Tracking technique and copies only changed data blocks.
Thanks!
